Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. 🐾

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at:

Why Does Shipping Take This Long?

We partner with vetted global suppliers to bring you high-quality pet products at the best prices. Many of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, which is how we keep costs low. Rest assured — every product is quality-checked before it reaches you. 🐶

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

Check with neighbors and around your property
Wait 2 business days (packages sometimes scan early)
Contact your local post office with your tracking number
Email us at support@pawstorystudio.com — we'll investigate and work with you on a solution

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address!

Address Changes

Need to change your address? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@pawstorystudio.com. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee the change can be made.
